Craftivism Meeting

Wednesday, August 19, 6:00 – 8:00 PM

At our first in-person Craftivism meeting, we developed many ideas of how we could put some creativity into our activism.

Do you have materials? Some crafty folks have mentioned that they have materials that we could use for our projects. Do you have paint, yarn, markers, poster board, card stock, beads, buttons, fabric or other craft supplies you would be willing to contribute to our work? If so, please add what you have to our form here and we will reach out if we can use your supplies.

THE PEOPLE’S NEIGHBORHOOD

PEACEFUL PROTEST

Thursday, August 20, 5:00-7:00 PM

Don’t forget: We collect for mutual aid at our protests. Please consider bringing a donation of pantry food, feminine hygiene products or toiletries for those in need.

Bring your friends, family, signs, flags, and Montco pride as we take a stand on the issues facing our towns, our state, and our country.

Note: Starting in May and continuing through September, we’ll meet on Third Thursdays from 5:00–7:00 PM to stay out of the summer afternoon heat. In October, we’ll switch back to our Third Saturdays from 2:00–4:00 PM schedule.

Dates are available to sign up for our monthly Abington protests through 2026. Sign up now!

March On Harrisburg

Fighting Corruption in Pennsylvania

Bribery is still legal in Pennsylvania. No one wants this, and together we’re working to change it.

IGJ is proud to team up with March on Harrisburg to raise awareness about corruption in our state government and to push for legislation that bans gifts from lobbyists to legislators.

March on Harrisburg is a nonpartisan, anti-corruption, pro-democracy organization dedicated to getting #MoneyOut of politics and putting #PeopleIn — building a Pennsylvania government that truly represents its citizens.

Join us in the movement to restore integrity, transparency, and accountability to Harrisburg.

If you are interested in joining our anti-corruption/fair election focus group, email us at IndivisibleGJ@gmail.com.
